I do not want my account to be renewed once my current paid subscription ends. The problem is that I believe I may have used two different email addresses and not sure which one is the right one. I also want to make sure that I do not have two accounts (if so, I want to cancel both). When I try to submit my issue on your form, you want cc information but I am not sure which card I used. It would really help if you had a telephone number! I am very disappointed with Skillshare, not because of the classes, but because of the difficulty in trying to contact you and resolving issues.
