there was a smashed dead bug in the cover of my photo book. yuk yuk yuk**my order * is: ************-******* **This was my first order and sorry to say I was very disappointed. I called the day I received the book and haven't received my refund yet. A very nice man helped me on the phone however I felt he may not of known what he needed to do. Please HELP me. Perhaps the refund is on the way. I just don't know. I understand this kind of thing can happen - I just would like some communication. The book went into the garbage and I hesitate to order again. PLEASE
