I want to cancel my account. In the entire time of my **-day free trial, I have not had one single sale, and I want to pull the plug on it as of yesterday, before I got charged the $** fee for a month of service I don't want, because it is giving me no value, and as a paid account will be giving me *negative* value.**I'd expected to be notified *before* my **-day free trial ended so I could decide whether to continue as a paid account or pull the plug. My only notification was discovering the receipt for the charge in my inbox this morning.**Please cancel my account retroactive to yesterday and refund my $** to my card. I'd really prefer not to have to call my bank and tell them I want to dispute the charge because it's the only way to get this account canceled.
GetHuman-leighkim did not yet indicate what Shopify should do to make this right.
