I ordered a product from a store that is powered through Shopify over * weeks ago (a jersery from jerseygalaxy.org). I received a text message confirming the purchase and order number, and they even took the money from my account but there is no way now to track my order... the link I was sent is "broken" and the phone number is now disconnected so there is no way to contact this company as they have no other way of contact listed on their website. This was a Christmas gift and I would like either to receive my product or get my money back.

GetHuman4084322 did not yet indicate what Shopify should do to make this right.
