This is my response for the email that Sears sent me this morning **********: **This is how many time you said you need additional research? *It has been a month already, you still not solve the problem. It really makes me feel mad about it:**. Missed the delivery date for my kids birthday. **. We never receive the items and the driver reported as delivered.**. Since we never receive the items, I need to buy in online directly from Walmart and drive back and forth about * hours to have the items pick up from Redwood City Walmart store. **. Waste me plenty of time to keep calling you guys for help but as you know each time needs to go over the problems again and again since each time there is different people pick up phone. **. Mentally abuse due to the frustration about the process of your customer services. **On the last call I made on Friday Oct **th, ****, you said that it will be the last step on your end to have our refund ready to be credited back to our bank account. But why you still said you need more research. It has been getting halo annoying. *Please have the refund back to us ASAP and hope this is the last conversation about it. *I NEED MY REFUND ASAP. *I NEED MY REFUND ASAP. *I NEED MY REFUND ASAP. **Personally, I would say this is just $*** something, forget it. But I do not feel comfortable about the honesty of the driver did. Also, I won’t just let this hundred dollars go due to the fact that we never receive these items.
