Ordered an elliptical. Set deliver day, got delivery window and made arrangements to be home during said window. Delivery crew showed up * hrs early (have that on video from my security cameras). Called Sears to ask them to send crew back during established delivery window, but no delivery despite promise. Called again and was told to be happy with a new delivery date * days later and a token $** rebate. Still don't have a delivery window, still out $*** and can only get a 'Oh I'm sorry you are upset, this is the best we can do for you' I will start posting on social media and I will start posting photos from my security cameras where your delivery crews are throwing appliances out of the back of the truck. I want a %** refund and the elliptical delivered between **-** am on Saturday *********. The order can be found under phone number ***-***-**** Derek Fuller.
