I recently ordered two appliances (washer and dryer) through sears.com. I chose to pay for the install services. In doing so, they required me to purchase * additional accessories (dryer elbow, dryer flex hose, rubber hose * pack, and dryer cord). I already had these items and all were in good shape. Once they arrived to install they told me that my accessories were really good and I didn't need what they had brought. I asked about getting a refund and they told me that I would need to return them to a store. I asked for the accessories and they brought me the rubber hoses and the pipe. Thinking these were all the "extra" items I had purchased, I said thanks and they left. I now realize that I also got charged for the cord and the elbow and the two items I received the store said I can not return because they are closing. This is $** worth of stuff I don't need that I had no choice but to purchause. How can I get a refund?
