First...does anybody in America work in their customer service department? I have been going back and forth with this company for an order I placed on the **th that was supposed to be delivered before the **th. Package still did not leave their warehouse on the **nd. They refunded me the shipping and said package would be delivered on *****. ***** comes and out of * pairs of shoes only * pair was in package. I have been trying to speak*escalate with someone in America who can actually address my problem for hours. Nobody speaks English, can understand the problem or address the problem!!!!!!!!! If you need someone who can do something other than process a refund, do not shop at Sears.
