The issue in GetHuman-sccole's own words
I placed an order on the Sears website. A coupon code was added and I did not add it. I had $** in sears cash to use and when I checked out I was told my total was $* and some change. I looked at my bank statement and was charged the full amount less the coupon that was put in. I chatted with a rep and she explained that because there was a coupon code, the order took the code and not the Sears cash and they can’t be used at the same time. She cancelled the order for me, and placed a new order using the Sears cash and had it shipped to me. I received the product only to be sent the wrong color. She put in the correct color, but I was sent the wrong color. I took the product back to the store and explained what happened. The cashier only seemed interested in continuing her conversation she was having with other associates before I walked up. This entire experience was horrible except the interaction I had chatting with the rep Gisele (She was very helpful). After all of this I have to wait for my money to be refunded because of the many mistakes.

GetHuman-sccole did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
