My name is Chris Crawford. We purchased a side by side refrigerator in January of this year. Shortly after purchasing, the refrigerator side began "freezing over". We contacted your service department and they sent a technician out to repair. Shortly after the initial repair, it began “freezing over” again. Once again, we contacted the service department and they once again sent a tech out. The refrigerator was once again “repaired”. Once again, the unit froze over. This went on several more times (total of *). Although the unit was not functioning correctly, it still worked. Once a week I would have to defrost, but it was functioning. Six weeks ago a technician was sent out to once again repair. This time, your technician punctured the coil, rendering the unit inoperable. A tech was sent out * weeks ago. He stated he needed to order parts. Upon every call to your service department, we are told that the parts are on back order. We are currently without a refrigerator* freezer. **We did finance this unit with Sears. It is our intention to contest the next charge.**Based on Sears' pathetic service, over the last nine months, I am really not expecting this correspondence to go very far. **Please let me know what I need to do to have this issue expeditiously resolved.**Chris Crawford
