On September **, **** I purchased a convection oven and over range microwave. Was told delivery would be October the **th. Received a call on the **th saying delivery would not be made on the **th but instead would now be on October **nd. I am not happy at all. If my appliances are not delivered on or before Oct ** I will be canceling my order and no longer doing business with sears. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Just went through this with an order for two sets of mattresses for my elderly mother in law. Total run around. Never did receive the sets she originally ordered. We have always been loyal sears customers. Decided to give another try when we needed appliances. As stated we are very upset with this turn of events.
