Order ********** I purchased the item on April **th. Sears delivery team picked it up on May *th and it was returned. I was told I would receive my refund in * to ** business days. On May **th my husband called spoke with representative on a different issue, he was immediately refunded *** and some odd dollars, and was told for this refund if we did it here or see anything by Monday May **st to call back. May **st I called and spoke with a representative I was told that my item was still in shipping status and that is probably why I did not receive my refund but they would send it to the online escalation department and I should receive it within ** to ** hours. Wednesday May **th I called and also emailed Facebook Messenger. I received an email stating that I received my refund on May *th so you guys don't deal with it no more I need to talk to my financial institute. The representative on the phone did not know anything about that email and once again just told me they would send it to the online escalation Department and I should receive it within ** hours. Today once again that is the same runaround story that I get sorry ma'am there is nothing we can do except send it to the online escalation Department. I cannot believe that it is this difficult to receive a refund. I would return the rest of my purchase but if you guys can't even give me $***.** back how long would it take me to get over $*,*** back my PayPal account is *****@***.com. I would like to say I would like to see my refund in my account by the end of the day that won't happen. I sent a request to the resolution Department with PayPal because I don't know what to do anymore you guys are not helping me get my money back nobody is doing anything and I've never in my life been so disgusted with a company. Never in my life have I ever had this much difficulty trying to get a refund of money that I was owed.
