If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

Get credit for two filters since my refrigerator died. ... I purchased three air filters for my refrigerator in March. I bought extra to avoid the trip into town when I needed another one. My refrigerator died May **. I’m looking at having to replace it so I tried to return two of air filters but was refused because it had been more than ** days. I asked if anyone could override the transaction but was told no. I know I won’t be buying the same model of refrigerator so I don’t need these. Can you help me get a credit?*Just as a side note when we called Sears about a service for the refrigerator we were told it would be three weeks before anyone could come out. We are so disappointed in Sears. Thank you.
I only purchased extra to save a trip into town later. No one knew the fridge would die so soon. It is only * years old. Sears wouldn’t send anyone to look at the fridge for three weeks. So frustrating.

I’ve always used Kenmore appliances but I am frustrated that they don’t last and getting service is almost impossible.
