To Whom It May Concern, I am sending this email because I am very upset. I am a Sears customer and also take part in the Shop Your Way Program. I am blessed to have ** grandchildren and shop all year round for gifts. Recently I purchased * pair of earrings. When the package arrived there were only * pair. I called Sears customer service and was told that it was a mistake and they would send out the * missing pair. Yesterday the package arrived with only * pair inside. Again, **I call Sears customer Service. A gentleman named Patrick was clearly annoyed. He informed me that that I was being monitored and he was giving me a "head's up", because of my phone calls.I was shocked. He explained besides the phone calls regarding the earrings, I had made * phone calls regarding missing Shop Your Way Points. Sears has had awesome Shop your Way deals. For Example... I purchased ** dollars of bedding and was to receive ** dollars in points... Point were NEVER granted. I called and was told "YES, This is a verified Purchase and your points will be given within * days. All good, No big Deal. This happened * times in April. No Hoopla or anger, easily resolved. YET I am being monitored... This is quite backwards. SEARS and Shop your way does not do THEIR job and it is ME, the customer who is given a head's up........ That being said, I asked Patrick to speak to his Manager. I asked him * times and he would not do it. At the *th request he put me on hold. After ** minutes I hung up. Rewards programs are only good if the program follows through with the advertised reward (points). I am dismayed by the insinuation I am somehow wrong. Seriously thinking about spending my money elsewhere. No one needs to feel like a criminal when questioning points & purchases. Sincerely, Diane Bouchard
