I have never in my life been so DISSATISFIED with a company in the many years of dealing with sears. I purchased a refrigerator on line from sears.com. It was delivered today April **, ****, only to find that it was badly damaged. The guy from the delivery , even tried to get it resolved, and failed. It is bad with scratches, and a large dent in the front. I ask to talk to a supervisor, and all I did was stay on the phone for over two hours with a run-around. Finally I had enough, and call again for the *th time and I DID not get anyone at anytime that spoke enough English to understand. I finally just agreed to a credit, after FIGHTING with your company for two solid hours. I am totally irate over this. I was not about to wait for another week or ** days to replace a damaged item, that I ordered in good faith, why was it not CHECKED before it was brought to my home. I ALSO asked about a reduction in price to buy this piece of junk and get a new one, as I would have purchased it, however the lady kept telling me and the guy who brought it here, that I would have to take points for the sears store, Oh **** No I said. I am getting ready to file this complaint with BBB, unless some kind of compensation can be made. Also, the last lady would not even give me her name or business ID. I feel that everyone needs to know how bad your COMPANY really is. I want to know what is going to be done...??
I trust that Sears will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
