The issue in GetHuman-rheasean's own words
I have emailed them about * times with no response.. also sent msg thru messenger with screenshot... they take my money around the * of the month... shipping supposedly is between the **th and **th of the same month. As of TODAY ******* I STILL have no shipping info for January and have already been charged for FEB. I just want what I paid for * bottles each.. January and February subscription. And then I will be parting ways because THIS is not good customer service. They KNOW it that is why they dont want to give phone numbers and an ACTUAL email contact. There are far too many people complaining on their Facebook page.
GetHuman-rheasean did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
