Subscribers who want to cancel the automatic renewal of their fragrance subscription should email customer service. Note that canceling your fragrance subscription automatically terminates your candle subscription as well. However, canceling your candle subscription doesn't terminate your fragrance subscription. If your order hasn't been processed, Scentbird will offer you a refund. You can no longer return the item for a refund once received. Damaged items can't be refunded but can be replaced.
If you made a term commitment (3, 6 or 12-month subscription), the cancellation will only take effect after the subscription term. You'll continue receiving the shipments until the end of your term.
Note that subscribers also get the option to downgrade their plan. You may stop the automatic renewal of your plan or go back to a month-to-month plan. You can downgrade by contacting the Customer Support team.
Subscription cancellation requests are processed within seven business days. Gift subscriptions can't be canceled and no refund will be offered. If the item you received for your subscription is defective or damaged, you have up to 30 days to return it and get a replacement.
