I have sent * emails to Scentbird and have received no response. I will soon be charged for the third month of my subscription, yet have only received * shipment. My second shipment which was for November, had a tracking number on Nov. **. I never received the shipment and now the tracking number is no longer available. I will have to cancel my subscription if I don't start reviving my shipments. I was excited about this company and its products, but now I am just frustrated and irritated that the company does not respond to emails and issues, and does not consistently ship orders. They do, however, charge my card in a timely manner every month.
GetHuman-jmparadi did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
