I've been charged several times for subscriptions I've never received. The last time i checked I was told my subscription was on its way. Now that I've refused to just let you keep taking money from my account the story has changed. Either refund my cash or send my subscription. Everyone is sick of the excuse "we're moving our warehouse... Blah blah blah". How many months does it take to move your facility? Or perhaps you're just not in position to conduct business. Thus far I'm out of at least $**. I've been sent a handcream I was charged for and never ordered. Yet still haven't received what I did order. I haven't spoken to anyone satisfied with your service. Not one person.
GetHuman-saharahm did not yet indicate what ScentBird should do to make this right.
