I have opened THREE requests already! I have been more than patient already.*I have not received myy September subscription order. I was charged on SEPTEMBER **!**This is honestly unacceptable, I was supposed to be receiving a Ferragamo Fragrance NOT Philosophy Saving Grace, if that was not available I do not understand why you just didnt go to the next on my queue. I want my money back. Because so far I have received nothing, honestly I dont know why there is not a phone number where I can contact you guys, cause you take forever to answer emails and none of your answers were helpful whatsoever. I am done with you.
