I am paying for a subscription for my fiance and they're taking money out of my account but yet she haven't received one ounce of perfume and it's been * months I would like to know what's going on and if I can't find out what's going on I would like my money returned to my account the subscription is under Frances Cole just don't make any sense you don't have an account number didn't even give her a tracking number but they have my information and don't issue out there's can someone help me
