I have my cell phone plan thru US Cellular. My mom's phone (Samsung galaxy A**) stopped working at about *:**am Friday ****. There is no network connection. It will not call out or receive a call, text, or internet access. I was on a chat with US Cellular Friday trying to get it to work, she wasn't able to help me. I went to my mom's Saturday & called US Cellular off my phone & he got me to do a bunch of stuff, still didn't work. He told me I probably need to replace the SIM card. I drove ** to a US Cellular location Sunday & they had a nationwide outage and couldn't help me. I called US Cellular back Monday and he had a SIM card mailed to me. I got it yesterday, replaced it, & called them back to get the phone working, they still couldn't help me after sending me to * US Cellular technicians. The guy gave me the number to call Samsung.
