Hi*I had bought Samsung M**S in October **** within *-* months I faced issue of Motherboard and got repaired by service center but within * months I am facing the same issue and now the service center people are not responding properly, they are giving cash back of the amount I bought it last year which was ***** and now the price of M**S is ** so why should I pay *k extra even they are not telling what's the issue in my phone so why should I accept that coupon? Even they have told I can reedemed it only in Vijay sales and I have bought it from Amazon so why should I buy from Vijay sales?*I would request you to look into the matter and help me with the best possible way. I would like to talk to person on call and want to resolve this issue as soon as possible as my phone warranty will get expired by *st October.
