I have been a Samsung phone fan since the Note 4 and a participant in the Samsung Upgrade Program. I need help with Samsung Upgrade Program and Samsung Finance managed by TD Bank, as they have not effectively resolved my issues which have resulted in overcharges and confusion with my balances and payments. When upgrading to the Note 10+, I was charged incorrectly, late fees were mistakenly applied, and my Note 9 was not processed correctly. Despite numerous attempts to fix this over four months, contacting both Samsung and TD Bank has not resolved my problem. I believe in Samsung as my preferred technology provider and hope they can help me rectify these issues promptly.

Dear Samsung Customer Care Team, I have been a loyal fan of Samsung products, especially their electronic devices, since the Galaxy S7 edge. However, my recent experience with my Galaxy S9+ has been disappointing. I purchased my GalaxyS9+ in [redacted] and was initially satisfied with its performance until May [redacted] when I noticed a color discrepancy on the screen. I reached out to the service center in Malad West and received the solution of a screen replacement, which came at a higher cost than expected, Rs. [redacted].00. As a devoted Samsung user, I am hoping for a positive resolution to this matter. I kindly request one of the following options: 1. Free repair at the service center to rectify the issue. 2. Consideration for a replacement device. 3. Full or partial refund of the amount paid for the Galaxy S9+. I appreciate your attention to the issues I have encountered and thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Alphie DS [redacted]

Dear Sir, I have always trusted Samsung as one of the most reliable phone brands. I am Abdul, a field service worker. I used to have a Galaxy S4zoom and Kzoom, then I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M20 in March [redacted] for its screen and affordability. Recently, I encountered a significant issue with the temperature sensor on my phone. Two weeks ago, I started receiving Device Overheat Notifications, after which all apps would close, and the phone would automatically shut down. I was unable to turn it back on for many hours, impacting my work and emergency situations. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could provide a solution to this problem with my mobile device. If further details about my phone are needed, please respond to my email address. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Abdul R.

Dear Sir, I am writing to address an ongoing issue with the Samsung Refrigerator RT39K5518S8/TL/[redacted] [redacted] Litre, purchased in October [redacted]. We have been experiencing a continuous problem with water droplets leaking from the freezer, as shown in the attached screenshot. On January 4, [redacted], we reported this issue to customer care (Service Request number [redacted]). However, the technician was unable to provide a clear explanation for the problem and requested 2 days to consult with the Korean counterparts. Despite our efforts to follow up with the Samsung support team, we have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism from Samsung services has been disappointing. We kindly ask for a prompt resolution from a higher escalation point within Samsung. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Ashish Gupta Chartered Accountant

Hello, I'm Oshira James. I want to address an order placed on November 21st with the reference number #M1AMTWZ0N. I have been a loyal Samsung customer since [redacted] when I got my first Samsung phone. Over the years, I have used the Note 4, Note7 (which I had to return due to issues), and Note 8. Recently, I upgraded my phone at Verizon, but I found a better deal online directly with Samsung, which included free earbuds and a higher trade-in value. The phone was shipped to New York while I was in Florida preparing for a trip to Thailand. Despite trying to change the shipping address, I faced multiple challenges with Samsung's customer service over the phone and through online chat. I returned the phone via FedEx as instructed but was still charged the trade-in amount. Also, I have yet to receive the promised earbuds. When contacting Samsung, representatives claimed they had no record of certain interactions I had made. I am feeling frustrated and unsure if I should purchase another phone with the current promotion.

Hello, I'm O***** James. I'm writing about an order I placed on November 21st, with the order number #M1AMTWZ0N. I've been a loyal customer of Samsung phones since [redacted], owning models like the Note 4, Note7, and Note 8. I recently upgraded my phone through Verizon but found Samsung had a better deal online. Despite trying to change the shipping address from NY to Florida (where I was traveling), Samsung was unhelpful. I had issues communicating due to being abroad, and even after using FedEx to return the phone, I was still charged. I haven't received the free earbuds promised with my order, which I selected during the holiday special on November 21st. I fear I've been misled and am considering returning the phone. The lack of record-keeping and unfulfilled promises have left me frustrated. I am contemplating switching to Google phones due to these ongoing issues.

I bought a Samsung fridge/freezer from Kloppers in Knysna around 7 years ago. The fridge has double vertical doors with a cold water feature, while the freezer has a pull-out horizontal drawer. Since the beginning, the vegetable compartments in the lower part of the fridge have been collecting water. Technicians replaced the thermostat and defrosted the fan section due to ice buildup, but the issue persists. Lately, the unit is making a loud noise, possibly caused by ice build-up. Restarting the fridge after turning it off leads to water accumulating inside. Technicians are unwilling to service the fridge further, citing negative experiences with this model. The frequent switching on and off of the fridge is inconvenient. I feel it's time to replace the fridge and I am willing to pay for a new model at cost. I urgently ask Samsung's assistance to resolve this as the current situation is challenging for us as seniors in the heat.

In August [redacted], I contacted Samsung regarding ongoing issues with my device, even though the warranty had expired in May [redacted]. After sending the device for repairs three times for the same problem, they promised to replace it if it wasn't fixed on the fourth attempt. Unfortunately, the replacement device they sent me was faulty, powering off and on repeatedly with a quickly draining battery. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation by returning it for repair as instructed, Samsung is now demanding $[redacted] for the replacement device they sent. I am unable to afford this unexpected charge and requested that they return my original device, even if unfixed. I am seeking assistance in resolving this frustrating situation.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on January 2, [redacted], which broke down on January 20. After contacting the service center, we met with the provided executive who mentioned that the damage was due to wires cut by a rat. However, we have lost the invoice, and now the service center claims they cannot assist further. We visited the showroom where we bought the refrigerator, only to discover it has closed permanently, which feels like a deception to us. We are seeking a replacement for the damaged refrigerator or compensation for the losses incurred. If no action is taken, we may pursue legal measures. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

In December, I received a Samsung fridge with a dent under the right door handle. I requested a new door and was told it would arrive within 72 hours. However, after a week of waiting, I did not hear anything. Upon following up, I was informed they had no delivery personnel in my area and placed a new order. After further delays, I contacted Home Depot for assistance. They advised me to reach out to Samsung again to resolve the issue. Samsung offered me a new fridge and a $[redacted].00 gift card for the inconvenience. It has been three weeks since then, and despite promises of resolution, I am still facing delays. I was assured a team would contact me within 48 to 72 hours, but no one has reached out yet. It is frustrating to deal with a lack of customer service and communication.

I purchased a set of kitchen appliances in November [redacted]. We faced challenges getting the correct appliances and installation, but the Samsung Representative managed to make it right. In February [redacted], the microwave turntable stopped working. After calling support, a repairman was sent. Unfortunately, the parts brought didn't fix the issue. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the microwave had hidden damages and installation-related damages. Despite spending two days on the phone with Samsung support, they mentioned that we had signed for it. This response is unacceptable considering we spent $5,[redacted] on these appliances. We would appreciate a new microwave to be delivered and installed correctly, as we expected. A supervisor, please contact Lisa Crabtree at [redacted]. The order was under Kennith Crabtree at [redacted]. The lack of transparency regarding damages before installation is concerning, especially with a warranty of only a year. We expect Samsung to rectify this issue promptly.

I submitted my phone to Samsung for repairs on December 7th, and they confirmed receiving it. On December 17th, I got an email saying my phone was ready and being sent back. Days later when I asked for the tracking number, they had no information on its whereabouts. After numerous calls and long waits on hold, I finally got a replacement phone on December 30th, but it arrived without a battery, back cover, and was not the same model or brand as my original phone. It's essentially useless. To this day, I haven't received the missing parts after spending countless hours on the phone with Samsung's customer service. I've reached out to supervisors and managers without any progress. It's frustrating dealing with a situation caused by Samsung's mistake, and I feel like I'm not being treated fairly.

I recently visited UBREAKIFIXIT in Franklin, TN to repair my new Samsung Note 10+ screen and digitizer. However, they had to replace the motherboard as the phone wouldn't turn on after the screen replacement. Although they informed me that the phone was fixed, upon arrival, the IMEI was not working. They have been in touch with Samsung since February 3rd to resolve the IMEI problem, and are currently waiting for Samsung's approval so I can retrieve my phone. It has been two weeks since I dropped it off, and I urgently need this matter resolved. I can't continue using the loaned iPhone. Please address the IMEI issue on my Samsung Note 10+ promptly.
