Hi sir,*I am Asif from comilla district, Banglades. *Problem(Samsung health & Samsung pass issue) *I have purchased A** phone in **********.After few days latter i feel something wrong in my phone.after switching off my device when i try to on my device it show charging sign.i can't on my device by * press of power button.pressing*-* times then the device on.then i go to Samsung care & i give them my device in **********.after * working days they call me & i collect my phone to them.they solve the proble.one day latter when i Going to set-up my fingerprints security IT'S not working.showing me an error sign then i again go to the care.after that they said to me wait i waited for * hrs the said the forget to calibration the phone.after that they fixed it & give me my phone....again after few days latter when i try to open my Samsung health apps it’s shows that unauthorised Changes were made in your phone.then i update Samsung health apps IT'S shows again same.then i try to open the Secure folder(Samsung pass) sign in my Samsung account perfectly it’s shows Samsung pass is not available now.i feel so sad & frustrated.i went the care next day i said them everything they said wait for the next update & they also said go to the Samsung showroom & record some video & photo same A** is working samsung health & Samsung pass(Secure folder) application.i go that time in showroom & record all prove other SamsungA** is working i snap some video & photo as a evidence. & i waited for the next update july ** i got the update.after that the all problems remain same then i go to the care & give them my phone. Still i didn’t get the call from them.i Waiting for there call.*So now my Question is if they can't fixed my phone what will be the Justice for me from Samsung. I buy it’s ** k officials phone.why you people give defect phone in marke? I believe in Samsung but now my Trust you people brokeup.**k IT'S so much for me.i can buy this same phone unofficially in **k but i go for official.so please respect me .i earn money with hardworking. *So i request you if you people can't fixed my phone please give me a new Device keep the old one.Or please tell them fixed my phone perfectly without any scratch.**I give you the receipt also * *Asif,comilla,Bangladesh*********-******
