I bought a refrigerator on ********* through Lowe's. I paid $****.** and I got the Lowe's major appliance protection plan. I'm glad that I did.**I have had to have my ice maker replaced on * occasions, the first was on ******* and the second was ******. The ice maker that was replaced on *** stopped working less than a month later, I've just been living with it. I should not have to. I have also had to have the display screen mechanism replaced on ******. **I'm about the call for service, again, because my ice maker is freezing up and stops working. **I paid good money for this product and this customer, me, is very dissatisfied with it. At this point, I would not recommend this product or any other Samsung product.**At what point do you replace the entire refrigerator? My service protection plan is running out and I refuse to pay out of pocket for this issue every * months.**I would like a replacement refrigerator. Or you must find another way to resolve this issue ASAP.
