I have been waiting on a resolution for over a month regarding receipt of a gift card or new ear buds. My issue has been escalated over *x's through numerous case managers and a supervisor and he no resolution. I was promised call backs, tracking number for the merchandise, etc and all I have received is an explanation of "Please allow *-* business days for an update" for over a month. This has been a horrible and disappointing experience as a customer. Some of the staff advised me that there was nothing more that they could do and I should be patient and wait. Well, I have been extremely patient with no sense of urgency on Samsung's part. It is very frustrating that I have to continue calling to follow up on numerous ticket numbers to reach a dead end. I requested an address for the corporate and was told to allow the Case Managers to handle it. Again horrible service with no resolution.

GetHuman-kingbope did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
