I have been waiting a year getting the run around on a exchange for a tv, they now have set up to get a refund because they ran out of product. They have now picked up my tv as a buy back, but has yet to send me my refund. At this point i feel it is stealing as if i were to go into a samsung store and take a tv without paying i'd be stealing. I have tried for *** days litterally to get this in motion, just to get this far. To have my tv practically stole from me by samsung. This is completely unacceptable, as i had just had a baby when i started my claim. I haven't been able to enjoy my first time being a mother not to mention my first child as ive litterally had to call every day because they never call you back ever! I really need something done about this as im not the first person samsung has done this to. Its at the point where im debating Court.
