Samsung notebook * spin**I usually would not take the time in sending such a letter but when both the place selling your product and your own so called service team appear concerning in helping a college student I felt compelled to voice a concern**This is the second Samsung computer my daughter has owned and initially I was against purchasing your product due to hearing about numerous issues I personally felt their where several better devices available to my daughter and her educational needs**Best Buy sales representative convinced my daughter this was a computer she could grow with in college, little did we know that once sold they do not support or service to your product**The first one worked for less than a week then died we returned it only to have issues with Best Buy even replacing it.**Off to school she went. The charger stopped functioning less than four months of use. Best Buy said wasn’t their problem and didn’t even have a replacement we could purchase if we wanted. The manger was completely unprofessional and rude while he may not work for Samsung his representation of your product showed he could care less as to what the customer felt. We ended up getting a generic on line and guess what? haven’t had a issue**Fast forward. While the Computer was purchased the end of August **** I believe. Today October ** **** the computer just stops operating while she’s in the middle of doing homework due Monday, screen went blue**We called your tech department for assistance since my office IT department doesn’t work on weekends**Your tech not only was no help in fact made matters worse and caused her to loose vital data. He had her run through a bunch of test and fixes which did nothing and while tellign her to back up the vital data incorrectly advised he and the data was lost. After which his comments where out of warranty you can ship it back for a fee well look at to see if there’s anything we can do?**It was his recommendations to follow his procedures that wiped out the data and completely incapacitated her computer. As of know it turns on with an error message and leaves a blank screen. Not sure how you select your employees and what training or computer knowledge the are required but seemed more like he was damage control .**While I finally spoke to a computer repair technician NOT Samsung and was told he could not help and refuses to recommend or even work on such equipment due to the numerous issues and short life spans. He did suggest not to fall into the send it back line as most likely all that would happen is I would send money with no results. Which as things have progressed I tend to believe**I am forced to purchase another computer for my daughter as she needs this for class Monday, I assure you it won’t be Samsung **I realize I’m only one person and I suspect this will go on deaf ears but felt I need to express my concerns.**At this point not sure what you can or will do, refund my daughter her cost of the computer that's Samsungs call
