The issue in GetHuman-ainform's own words
My $*,***.** Samsung ** inch UN**JS****FXZA curved TV purchased on ******** failed after one year with the error message. "There's a problem with the cooling fan. Your television will be turned off shortly to prevent overeating." I reported the problem to the service center and was told the TV was not in warranty and the $*** motherboard replacement (with a **-day warranty) was my responsibility. I recently discovered that Samsung has been sued for similar issues. My only option is to buy a new high priced TV, fix my current TV with no guarantee of a lasting repair, or join a class action suit for high-end Samsung TV.
