Good afternoon, my name is Sonia Viera and I have a stainless steel Samsung Refrigerator that I purchased about * years ago, this fridge has given me many headaches since I bought it, to make it short, I’ve had * liks from the water section, and the ice maker stopped making ice within * months of my purchase. Not to mention that I had to unplug the freezer to take the ice out, as it would either freeze or not freeze. *I have all Samsung appliances, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher including your $****.** vacuum robot, that I love, i like to stay with the same brand on all my appliances, and since I am remodeling, my kitchen and I will be getting all new appliances, one at a time, and I wanted to see if you consider to honor some type of discount on my new refrigerator, before I start looking, I concider that we are good clients and as the big company you are, you would honor some compensation for your clients.*Please forward this email to your management department, as I’m sure that’s where this email needs to go to.**Thank you for your attention in this matter.*My email address is V*****@***.com
