ince April **** I have had an issue with getting my tablet fixed according to the warranty. I have been told many different things, I have been made many promises that have been broken. I have truly been jerked around by customer service, the escalation department and the exchange department. I have not had a tablet in my possession in over * weeks.**Since I have been lied too many times, at this point I do not trust Samsung to satisfactorily resolve my issue with an exchange, therefore I am requesting a refund ASAP and I will repurchase the tablet myself. **If this is not done in a reasonable time frame I am prepared to take this matter to court immediately.**Therefore I would like to have the address where the complaint should be sent and a representative name that should appear as the defendant.
