Hi my name is Gloria Avila I am trying to preorder a note * phone on several sites I've seen the note * in Midnight black also in gold but when I call my phone provider Sprint they tell me I could only get purple or blue these are not the colors I want I want either the black or the goal then when I looked it up China has the black and the gold why can't I pre-order what I want for the money that I'm dishing out I should have whatever color I want it's only the skin on the phone also I saw online they were too different prices one said $*** for ***gb and $**** for ***gb well needless to say they told me I couldn't get the one for $*,***. Because the only one they sold at Sprint was the one for $***. Ever since your first phone I've been buying your product I've never bought any other product but your phones and although I am a senior citizen I still want what I want and I want either the gold or the midnight black note * with the free headphones that come along with it. So can you please help me out or tell me why I can get the color I want with the gigabytes I need thank you and have a blessed day by the way my phone number is *** *** **** thank you
