To know why my order is under review ... The worst customer service ever, very rood and improfessional, i bought spme products online and used my financing account supposed to be shipped in * days now its the third day and is still under review!!!! I called the worst customer service ever for three days everyone of the agents took my information out on hold forever and came back with we dont know the issue and everytime i asked for a supervisor they put me again on hold came back to me with suoervisors are on the phone abd they are busy, last time i called was a few minutes ago qnd i refused to give my info to any agents he kept saying i need your info in order to get you a supervisor and i kept saying no am not gonna give it to you and he kept put me on hold forever and at the end he said there is a free supervisor to take your call but he needs your info first and when i said nonqm gonna give it to the supervisor direct he said so am not gonna transfer the call so i told him give me your bame and the supervisor name who refused to talk to me then he just hanged up on me!!!! Who the **** those supervisors think they are?!!! Thetmy are in their positions to help customers not to put their conditions in order to talk to us, this is not a good company as i thought, samsung is the worst ever ive been their customer for years but now am done and am gonna post my experience on all social media for the people will know who is the real Samsung
I wanted someone to tell me why my order still under review for the third day but one answer i got, we dont k ow why as am the one who suppose to k ow!!!!
I ve been a customer with Samsung since **** and that was the first time buying from samsung.com i was laways buying directly from stores and i had the worst experience ever and Samsung doesnt deserve to be one the tops companies
