UPS damaged phone during shipping & my warranty was billed $*** fix on a brand new, crack free phone. Only motherboard had went out within my one year warranty. It's been A month and a half and I was told, for my hassle, They would rightfully go ahead and fix my free warrant repair and sent another Next Day Air shipping label from UPS. I follow all rules, drop off the shipment June *th and it is stolen confirmed by UPS. No one will help with me only UPS and your company will give each other answers whilst the customer is suffering. I'm having to pay ** I cant afford every week for a backup phone because no one will handle my issue. Worst experience I've had with this company, loyal for ** years... DISSAPOINTED, BROKE, ANGRY. Please someone help. I feel hopeless. I worked so hard to get the dream phone I wanted.
GetHuman-crysrene did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
