I am inquiring about a refund for a washer and dryer that was attempted to deliver to me but I sent back both units because it was the wrong dryer. Both units never left the delivery truck and were sent back. Samsung has since said that they have approved both units for the refunds but I have yet to see them reflected on my sam’s club credit card balance. Sam’s club.com also processed the refund with a reference number ******-*****. Each unit costed $***.** so the total refund should be for $****.**. My phone number is ***-***-****.
GetHuman-bielfeld did not yet indicate what Samsclub.com should do to make this right.
