Bought a Thompson Upright Freezer in Jan. It was on my Billing Statement ending *-**-**. Freezer was damaged because Delivery person dropped it on our doorstep and we could not get out of the house. They came picked it up and next day delivered the same one back to us. We know, we had marked DAMAGED all over the box. We eventually got a working one. So I called Online more than once and finally got a man in India whose name was Glenn and supposedly his employee * is VN**I**. Reference * is ******-******. Glenn promised me for my inconvience **% off the sale price Well, I need received that **% off. After numerous calls and waiting, waiting I am sick and tired of being lied too. Again I called today after a very long waiting time I got some lady who said she would have to put me on hold, but if we got cut off, she would call me back. Guess what, no call and again no resolution. Now either we get this settled, or come and get your freezer. I understand we are all in a bad situation, with COVID, but I am elderly and cannot go thru this anymore. The price of the Freezer with the $**.** off was about $***.**, I believe. I have the sale book around somewhere. The compensation price should come to about $**.** or so. I am willing to take an E Card. Please respond as soon as possible. You should have all my info on my Sams Club card.
