I purchased a refrigerator from Sams on ********* and was told it would be delivered on *********. The Sams online system was having problems with my order. I called support and was hung up on * times. I was given a date it would be delivered *********. *The delivery address was incorrect because it accepted the address for the Visa card I used. I told customer service and they advised they could change the address. I have called in * times since my scheduled delivery date and I still have not received the refrig. Now a Carissa who stated she is a Sams online supervisor says I can’t change the address and I’m not going to receive it until May **th. *The service with this company is so poor. The customer service provided to me was so unprofessional and useless. I heard dogs barking over the call, someone eating while on a call, someone else putting the blame on last representative. Saying i was told wrong. *I am a Sams plus member and I send good money with the company. *I would like a serious manager to call me PLEASE!!*I paid over $****.** for this LG refrig. *I am so dissatisfied. After this I will never spend any more money with this company and I will tell others not to shop there also. *Bad business. I will also report my experience to the better business bureau.
