Ordered Items online Sam's club on Wednesday, ****. After order was placed, I discovered that the order was separated into * Fedex shipments, and the shipping address was my prior residence, which I vacated last September. I have attempted to to remedy this online, by phone and by chat. When your turn in the queue arrives, you reach a blank page, with no chat session established. Sam's club support is unreachable. I have been trying to establish contact for almost * days. Two of the Fedex packages have been rerouted to the correct address by Fedex. The third package can only be rerouted with instructions from the shipper, Sam's Club (this is due to coding of the Fedex tracking number). This issue can be resolved if contact with Sam's club customer support can be established.
