I ordered an e-card on ****** and got confirmation that order was complete, however the OVT team cancelled the order without calling or e-mailing me. I found this out when I called after the ** hour max wait time to receive let me add that i was on said call for almost * hours being on hold the majority of that time listening to parlor music. I asked to speak to a supervisor with which both professional, courteous and helpful in resolving my initial complaint. Well I suppose I am a glutton for punishment because I turned around and attempted to order another e-card and the same issue pursued someone from the OVT team called from a restricted number which I did not answer but listened to the voice mail and promptly called back having to endure more long wait time approximately ** minutes before speaking to someone wondering why this purchases needed to be verified for amounts less than ** dollars well needless to say I became more irritated and asked for another supervisor which explained why the process is handled the way it is and she had to switch me back to ovt to complete the process. This still puzzling to me because on the second order I used an Sam's gift card to make the purchase so all of this second fiasco concludes at *:** pm and it is now *:** pm and I have yet to receive confirmation for my e-card. You all had no problem taking my money but are giving and expect me to accept **** poor service and remain a happy and loyal customer. Believe it or not there are alternatives to Sam's club.
