**** I purchased your pre-packaged chicken and pork Sam’s Club meals (two separate items). I tried the chicken first. It was horrible, tasted nothing like chicken. Instead, it tasted like hotdog meat. The funny (but not so funny) part is that when I complained to your customer service representative, she said she purchased the same thing and described it exactly the same in taste and consistency. We both laughed that we tried to put barbecue sauce on it, but it still tasted bad. She said her son asked if it was hotdogs or pork? Pretty sad!!! She gave me a refund. So nice of her! Today, I tried the pork that I purchased, hoping it would be better. Well, the quality was extremely poor! It didn’t taste much like pork, and was dry and low quality meat. What is wrong with your company??? I am a new customer with high expectations of quality and integrity of service. I joined because you had a gift card of **% off. I now regret it! I want a refund of $*.** for the pork meal, and that you discontinue this fake product (and the chicken). Otherwise, you should commit to a more superior product that is actually tasteful and healthy. I would like to note, I gave the chicken meat to my dog and will also give the remainder of the pork to her as well. This is pitiful!!!
