I called your *** number and the computer told me I could have a live chat by going to "help.samsclub.com and click on "live chat". There was no such link to click on. **I want to cancel my automatic renewal for my membership as I was told I could do when I purchased my new membership recently at the Springfield, MO (South) on S. Campbell. You obviously try to make this as difficult as possible.**Please contact me regarding this matter. You can e-mail me but I would prefer to talk to a real human being as it would probably take weeks to take care of this via e-mail. My phone number listed on my account is ***-***-****.**Thank you.
