I Purchased a New set of tires Michelin MxM* cost $ ***.** , first the tires were not balanced properly, which after returning to store....the tire center agreed. (Same day) At this point I was told that I would have to make another appointment to have the problem resolved after complaining about it, they rebalanced the tires quickly (same day as serviced*purchased). * A month later I complained that tires were still shaking when I went to the store (********), and asked if they could please check the tires . The service technician asked “are you sure it’s the tires that are the problem” all I wanted was the tires to be checked but I was confronted with refusal and treated as an inconvenience. The Representation that your employees presented to me as a loyal customer, was that of laziness! To check for a customers safety and well-being????! I had to argue for this issue to be resolved with your employee. Hours later, I was called to the tire center to only be questioned as if I was wasting their time , and insulted over and over again about my car and it’s tires , my car is in perfect condition inside and out. I spent a great deal of money on these tires only to be treated like an inconvenience from SAMS Club, Tire Center ! I would appreciate any action to resolve this obvious customer service issue you have In your tire center!*Houston Tx
