I received phone *** *** **** on July **, ****. To date I can't connect to a network where I live. I've spent hours and days with support and doing whatever they said. Finally I drove ** miles from my home to personally speak to several people. They then checked and determined the free phone I was sent will never work where I live . i was asked if I had an old phone or could purchase one to work on Verizon. I have a galaxy J*, by the imei number ***************, it will work. They told me to go to Walmart and purchase a tracfone sim card for Verizon. I tried, you have to buy a plan. I called back, finally I was able to order one from tracfone and I now have it. **I would like to know what I need to do in order to use this new sim card in my galaxy j*, and connect it as my safe link free service. I am a new customer, I am connected by WiFi only. I called using WiFi the other days but safelink could not understand me. I do not have phone service and I have to drive ** miles to get service on the u***tl free phone I was sent. So if you could tell me what I need to do by email or text I would appreciate it.
