Hello,*I have been with safelink and lifeline a few years now. My cell phone service got shut off last week because I haven't been using my phone as much and forgot to make a phone call for the month. I spoke to a safelink customer service rep and they told me I had to recertify. I filled out the application online. I chose the wrong program on the application where you pick government programs. I chose SSI and didn't mean to. On Tuesday ****, I emailed safelink a picture of the proof documentation of my daughter's medicaid card. She lives with me in my household and I claim her as a dependent on my taxes. That should be accepted right? I would like to keep the same cell phone number. My question is did the document get approved? I still have no cell phone service. How long will it take until I get service and can make phone calls again? My enrollment number is ********. Thank You.
