I have safelink services for the past weeks I’ve been receiving and making calls just fine also receiving and sending text messages to my phone...Safelink weren’t able to give me new minutes instead on the first so they told me to call...The customer service agent had me enter some codes in the phone and after that my phone was working just fine once more...* days after getting new minutes my incoming and outgoing calls were restricted and I could only send and revive text messages only be told by * representatives they can’t hlep me then they hang up...They also refuse to have me speak with a supervisor and if no one respond to this message I’m going making a report with consumer services,Hartford courtant Also Fox News to have thane investigates they a sham my phone works just fine and they trying to have you purchase new phones by telling...I made over $**,*** and I gave birth back in **** and my income went down I stayed home with my baby so that’s how I got safelink but it seems like you people want me on the news...I also saved a screenshot of this message as well and the email threatening to disconnect my services if I don’t make calls...Bunch of thieves
