Safelink sent me a ZTE Majesty Pro. It slips in and out of roam mode. When I can dial a number and get a connection it often goes into roam which disconnects the call. Often, it won't even allow me to make a call. I have tried contacting both TracFone and Safelink about this. Both have given me messages saying: "We have identified a problem with the phone and have sent digital messages to correct the problem. Turn your phone off then back on to try dialing again." (I cannot turn my phone off now because of the Safelink rule: "The phone must remain on constantly for the first ten days of each month.") So, the roaming problem has not been corrected by sending a digital signal, and the **-day rule makes it impossible for me to comply with the instructions. **Additionally, when I try to retrieve voicemail messages, it is telling me that my password is wrong. I have used the same password for every cell phone I have ever owned, so I do not understand why my password is now being rejected. I need to reestablish my password.
GetHuman-imdaw did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
