I need to know the status of my application. I get food stamps. I reapplied over aonth aho and have heard nothing. The website says I can use my same device and number (***-***-****) and also says my application has been sent so no reason to Fill out another one. But THATS all I can get. I had tons of trouble in theonths lead I up to an agent getting mad at me & Cancelling my service without a word to me as of why. None ofy information has changed in over * yrs therefore I do not understand what's taking so long to contact me or approve my application. I qualify. The sim card in which I need you to send to me is a byop.T-Mobile compatible nano SIM card for my iPhone that I use on my SafeLink services. I've always used it. It has to be a TMobile compatible sim card in order for me to have service in my location. Can you PLEASE take care of this issue for me ASAP? *MY NAME IS* CANDI HOLLIFIELD**** GRISWOLD BRANCH ROAD*RUTHERFORDTON, NC ****** birthday is-***********Social security number is*********** I can send proof of foodstamps anytime, just tell me where to send it too. Please help grty phone service straightened out. I've not had a phone in months. I don't have a phone to call with
