The issue in GetHuman-deruff's own words
Obtain my minutes and updating my certification ... My account no. ********. I did not get my mins.this month. I went on line ans was told I that I needed to recertify. However, when I go to the screen to recertify, it states I don't need to recertify this early. I was told I needed to send additional documentation. S I submitted the documentation on My Safelink email. Now, I went to chect the status of my account and now it states I was unqualified. Why and what is going on?
My status reads qualified and resume getting my monthly mins. I am a disable senior citizen and should not have to submit to the type of treatment.
