All I did was lay my phone down in this person's house and when I got ready to leave I noticed that I didn't have my phone and I always keep up with my phone, especially around this certain person, I looked all around the house, the car, outside, everywhere I had been since I got there and found it no where. ... I lost my phone about * days ago, I had to of laid it down and I'm pretty sure that somebody picked it up, just because of the situation I have good reason for believing that and I knew that they wouldn't be giving it back to me and so I a state of panic I just canceled my service because I didn't want them being able to access my records or anything on my phone. I tried to re apply and it wouldn't let me because of already previously having service. Is there any way I could get a replacement phone and get my service back? My phone number on that account was ***-***-****.
This is frustrating because now it's caused problems with me getting a new phone and my service back.
I would like SafeLink to send me a replacement phone and activate my service again because I enjoy SafeLink's service.
I'm a good customer because I appreciate SafeLink and I don't cause unnecessary issues.
It's been * days now and my phone still hasn't showed up and the person who I think stole it still hasn't admitted to it, but there guilty, it's obvious.
